About GraphiFace 2025
GraphiFace 2025 is a creative platform organized by the Publication Club, M.L.V. Textile & Engineering College, Bhilwara, to showcase the artistic and design talents of students.
This year, the competition will be conducted in two rounds — focusing on Theme-Based Poster Design and Annual Report Cover Page Design.
It's a live, on-spot contest where creativity meets innovation, and ideas come alive digitally!

Competition Rounds
Round 1: E-Poster Competition
Theme: The Swasth Nari, Sashakt Pariwar Abhiyan
Time: 10:00 AM | Venue: CC Lab
Choose Any Sub-Theme:
- Women's Health, Nation's Wealth

Guidelines:
- Theme-based poster only (no plagiarism)
- Use any design software: Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.
- File format: JPG / PNG / PDF
- Language: English / Hindi
- Original work only — copied/offensive content will be disqualified
- Participants are requested to bring their own laptops
- Do not use ready-made templates

Important Note About Laptops:
If you don't have a laptop, college PCs will be provided, but they may not have the latest software or performance capabilities. For the best experience, we highly recommend bringing your own laptop with the required design software already installed.
Round 2: Annual Report Cover Design
Type: LIVE On-Spot Design Contest
Date: 11th October 2025
Time: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Venue: CC Lab
Design Specifications:
- Size: A4 (Front & Back Cover)
- Design Style: Simple, Elegant & Professional
- Must Include: College Photo, College Name, Title – "Annual Report 2024–25"
- Color Theme: Cool / Transparent Colors
- Applications Allowed: Canva, Illustrator, Figma, or any other design tool
Submission Details:
All entries must be submitted digitally during the live session.
Please bring your own laptops and ensure your files are named as:
YourName_Branch_Year (e.g., RiyaSharma_BCA_2ndYear)
Rewards & Recognition

Winning designs will be featured as official college publications with certificates of excellence.
Participation Certificates

Open for all students of M.L.V. Textile & Engineering College, Bhilwara — from every branch and year.
Note: Only solo participants are allowed in this competition.
